Physical activity and diet prevent uterine cancer.
It turns out that the risk of developing uterine cancer can be significantly reduced through regular physical exercise and adherence to a healthy diet, according to researchers from the United Kingdom.
Approximately half of uterine cancer cases in the UK — about 3,700 new cases per year — could be prevented through an active and healthy lifestyle.
Scientists from King’s College London are confident that women can significantly reduce their likelihood of developing this deadly disease. To do so, it is enough to dedicate just 30 minutes a day to physical exercise and avoid gaining excess weight.
